Use Crisphive from Claude, ChatGPT and other AI assistants

Let Claude, ChatGPT or any other MCP client look up customers and book and reschedule jobs for your business, in plain language.

Claude and ChatGPT sign in with OAuth: a member of your business approves on a consent screen, and there is no key to paste. Other clients can sign in the same way or send a secret API key in a header — see Install for each client.

What every assistant shares

  • One address. https://api.crisphive.com/mcp offers every Crisphive tool, which is the right default for an assistant. A focused agent can use /mcp/dispatch (the coordinator’s board) or /mcp/crm (customers and their bookings) — same sign-in, same permissions, fewer tools shown.
  • It acts as the person who approved it, with their current role: it can never do more than that member could in the dashboard, and it stops if they are removed or suspended.
  • One environment. The connection uses Live or Rehearsal (the sandbox), whichever your dashboard was in when you approved.
  • It expires. A connection lasts 90 days by default (1–365 days with Set lifetime under Settings → Developer → MCP connections) and stops after 30 days without use.
  • The assistant knows what each tool does. Every tool says whether it only reads, or overwrites or deletes something, so the assistant can ask before changing your data.
