تُرجع دليلًا مقسّمًا إلى صفحات وقابلًا للبحث بسجلّات عملاء النشاط التجاري — قاعدة بيانات العملاء (CRM) التي تقف خلف كل حجز وأمر عمل. يدعم مؤشر `since`/`next_since` للمزامنة التزايدية إلى نظام CRM أو ERP أو أداة تسويق خارجية.
